Trust & Safety

Protecting the Library

Creators deserve ownership. Subscribers deserve trust. Verdell’s enforcement system protects both.

Report content

Report a creator profile, Intelligence response, upload, copyright concern, identity or likeness misuse, billing concern, or suspected illegal activity through the Report Content form or by emailing verdellvision@gmail.com. Include the creator name, URL or conversation reference, reason, and supporting evidence.

How review works

  1. Automated screening assigns policy categories, severity, confidence, and recommended action before covered material is published or monetized.
  2. High-severity matches are blocked or quarantined immediately and monetization is disabled.
  3. Ambiguous or appealed decisions enter a restricted human-review queue.
  4. Confirmed violations can result in removal, reduced distribution, payout hold, demonetization, suspension, termination, evidence preservation, or reporting.
  5. Every decision records the content reference, policy rule, model or rule version, action, reviewer when applicable, and timestamp.

What gets screened

Screening should cover creator applications, public profiles, Foundation answers, judgments, memories, text and media references, subscriber prompts, generated responses, links, publication events, and changes that affect monetization.

Creator controls do not override safety

Creators decide what represents their Intelligence, but no creator may publish or monetize material that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. Deleting a source does not erase safety or financial records that Verdell must retain.

Appeals

An affected creator or subscriber may request reconsideration by replying to the enforcement notice or emailing the safety contact. Appeals are reviewed independently when practical. Verdell may withhold sensitive detection details when disclosure would enable evasion or create legal or safety risk.
