1. Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, authentication status, and preferences.
- Creator application, identity, tax, payout, agreements, profile, Foundation answers, judgments, memories, references, boundaries, and publication history.
- Subscriber prompts, conversation history, ratings, reports, subscription status, free-message usage, and access entitlements.
- Gift recipient name and email, purchaser message, redemption status, and related delivery records.
- Uploaded text, images, audio, video, links, cookbooks, documents, and creator explanations.
- Device, browser, IP address, timestamps, security events, and usage records.
- Transaction identifiers, billing status, refunds, disputes, and payout records. Complete card details are handled by Stripe, not Verdell.
2. How information is used
We use information to authenticate users; build, retrieve, calibrate, preview, publish, and serve Creator Intelligence; process subscriptions and payouts; preserve creator decisions and contradictions; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce policies; comply with law; and improve reliability and authenticity.
3. AI and media processing
Creator materials and subscriber prompts may be processed by model and infrastructure providers to produce the requested service. Uploaded media may be transcribed, described, embedded, classified for safety, or converted into structured Intelligence. Verdell should retain the derived Intelligence and audit evidence according to creator controls and legal needs. Source-media retention depends on the feature and disclosed setting.
4. Safety screening
Content may be automatically classified and reviewed by authorized personnel to detect prohibited content, fraud, exploitation, infringement, threats, or evasion. Enforcement records may be retained to protect users, resolve appeals, prevent repeat abuse, and meet legal or payment-partner obligations.
5. How information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, artificial-intelligence processing, storage, security, analytics, identity verification, payments, and support; with creators or subscribers only as the feature clearly indicates; and with authorities or rights holders when legally required or necessary to protect safety and rights. Verdell does not sell personal information for money.
6. Conversation privacy
Subscriber conversations with Creator Intelligence are private to the subscriber except where access is necessary for a clearly disclosed creator-review feature, support request, safety investigation, legal obligation, or platform operation. Routine administrators cannot browse private Creator Intelligence conversations. When content is reported, only the reported material and necessary surrounding evidence should become available for a documented, role-restricted, and logged safety review.
Ask Verdell is different. It is Verdell’s public company-information guide. Verdell administrators may review Ask Verdell chats for support, safety, product improvement, and sales qualification. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical information, private identity documents, or confidential business material.
7. Retention and security
Ask Verdell message content is retained for up to 90 days unless the visitor or an authorized administrator deletes it sooner. After automatic deletion, Verdell may retain non-identifying aggregate counts. A visitor can use the visible “Delete this conversation” action. If a visitor requests a Powered by Verdell demonstration, the Ask Verdell transcript is attached only when the visitor explicitly chooses to attach it.
Other information is retained for as long as needed for accounts, subscriptions, creator licensing, engine versioning, safety, disputes, tax and financial records, and law. Verdell uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction where applicable by contacting verdellvision@gmail.com. Some records must be retained for transactions, agreements, safety, disputes, or law. Creators can control what becomes public and can request removal of source media subject to contractual and legal obligations.
9. Children
Verdell is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or monetize Intelligence.
