Cancellation & Refunds

Verdell is currently free early access. No subscriptions, packages, gifts, or payments are available, so there is presently nothing to cancel or refund. The terms below take effect only when paid access opens.

Effective August 11, 2026

Recurring subscriptions

Creator Intelligence subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Any free or discounted period, its duration, and the first charge date must be shown before subscription confirmation.

Cancel anytime

Cancel through Manage Billing or contact verdellvision@gmail.com. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless checkout states otherwise or law requires a different result, access continues through the current paid period.

Prepaid packages and gifts

Prepaid packages are one-time purchases and cannot be canceled like recurring subscriptions. Access ordinarily begins immediately for self-purchases. Gift access begins when redeemed. An unused gift may be eligible for a refund when the purchaser contacts Verdell within 14 days of purchase and before redemption, except where checkout states otherwise or law requires different treatment. After redemption, the package is generally non-refundable.

Refund requests

Payments are generally non-refundable after a paid access period begins because digital access is made available immediately. Verdell will review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, failure to receive purchased access, and situations where applicable law requires a refund. Contact us within 14 days of the charge when practical.

Creator removal or enforcement

If Verdell permanently removes a paid creator profile during an active billing period, Verdell may provide a prorated refund or credit where appropriate. A user removed for violating the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy is not automatically entitled to a refund.

Disputes

Contact Verdell before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. This does not limit your rights with your card issuer. Include your account email, charge date, amount, and a description, but never email a full card number.
