Do not create, upload, request, distribute, sell, or monetize content prohibited by this policy. Attempting to disguise prohibited content is also a violation.
1. Sexual and exploitative content
Verdell prohibits pornography, sexually explicit material intended for sexual gratification, sexual services, adult live chat, fetish services, and AI-generated sexual content. Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, and non-consensual intimate imagery are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
2. Illegal goods, services, and conduct
Do not use Verdell to offer, arrange, promote, or instruct others in illegal activity. This includes illegal drugs, counterfeit or falsified documents, stolen goods, unauthorized weapons transactions, hacking or malware, evasion of law enforcement, fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, or money laundering.
3. Violence and dangerous activity
Content that threatens, celebrates, facilitates, or instructs unlawful violence or physical harm is prohibited. Verdell also prohibits terrorist or violent-extremist recruitment, propaganda, financing, or operational support. Fitness, culinary, travel, or other advice may not encourage reckless conduct that creates a foreseeable risk of serious harm.
4. Hate, harassment, and abuse
Do not threaten, stalk, intimidate, dox, or repeatedly target another person. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Good-faith discussion or criticism is allowed; targeted abuse is not.
5. Deception and impersonation
Creators must truthfully represent their identity, qualifications, experience, and ownership of uploaded materials. Undisclosed impersonation, misleading claims, fabricated credentials, fake testimonials, manipulated evidence, phishing, and schemes promising unrealistic results are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property and identity rights
Upload only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, likeness rights, or voice rights. Rights holders may report infringement to verdellvision@gmail.com.
7. Financial activity
Verdell may not be used for personal or peer-to-peer money transmission, gambling, investment schemes, unlicensed financial services, or transactions that conceal the true seller or product. All creator earnings must follow Verdell’s approved payout process.
8. Health and professional boundaries
Creator Intelligence is educational and expressive. It may not falsely claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace a licensed professional. Creators must disclose relevant limitations and must not direct a person away from emergency or qualified professional care.
9. Automated and human enforcement
Verdell may screen profile text, Foundation answers, prompts, responses, uploaded media, links, and monetization activity using automated systems and human review. Depending on severity and confidence, Verdell may block publication, quarantine material, disable monetization, restrict distribution, remove content, suspend payouts, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful conduct.
High-severity content may be blocked immediately. Other decisions may be reviewed by a person. Evasion, repeat violations, and attempts to monetize prohibited content increase enforcement severity.
10. Reports and appeals
Report a profile, conversation response, upload, or other concern using the visible Report Content control or email verdellvision@gmail.com. Include the creator, URL or content description, reason, and supporting evidence. Affected users may request reconsideration by replying to the enforcement notice. Verdell may limit appeals when law or safety obligations prohibit disclosure.
