Terms of Service

These terms govern free early access to Verdell, creator-authored Intelligence profiles, uploads, and creator participation. Subscriptions and payments are not available in this release.

Effective August 27, 2026

1. The service

Verdell provides infrastructure that captures, preserves, and serves licensed human judgment, perspective, expertise, and lived experience through Creator Intelligence profiles. Artificial intelligence is used as a delivery system. Responses may contain errors and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Ask Verdell is a company-information guide, not a person or Creator Intelligence profile. It is limited to approved public Verdell information and may decline unsupported or confidential requests. Powered by Verdell demonstrations and proposals are provided by request; no public guide response creates a binding price, offer, or service commitment.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Verdell may require email, identity, age, business, tax, or payout verification.

3. Future subscriptions and recurring billing

Subscriptions are coming later and are not active during free early access. Before Verdell enables a purchase, it will display the creator, price, currency, billing interval, amount charged, renewal terms, included access, and cancellation method. No payment method is collected under the current free release.

4. Future prepaid access and gifts

Prepaid packages and gifts are coming later and cannot currently be purchased. Verdell will publish the applicable price, access period, redemption, transfer, expiration, cancellation, and refund terms before enabling those products.

5. Cancellation and refunds

There is no paid subscription to cancel during free early access. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the rules that will apply when monetization opens. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Creator ownership and license

Creators retain their identity, likeness, creative identity, and underlying intellectual property. A creator grants Verdell the permissions stated in the separately accepted Creator Intelligence License to capture, process, personalize, display, distribute, moderate, and commercialize the creator-approved Intelligence. This includes making approved, published Intelligence discoverable in the Verdell Library and through future Verdell search and access surfaces. Private drafts are not made publicly searchable. Verdell owns its infrastructure, engine framework, authentication, personalization, registry, and commercialization systems.

7. Future creator monetization and payouts

Creators may build, train, preview, and publish during free early access without payout setup. They cannot charge for access or receive payouts yet. Before monetization opens, Verdell will present identity and payment verification, fees, deductions, the then-current creator/platform split, payout timing, reserves, disputes, and connected-account terms for separate acceptance.

8. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Verdell a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transform, moderate, and display that content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have all required rights and permissions.

9. Acceptable use and enforcement

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Verdell may use automated detection and human review and may block publication, remove content, restrict access, disable monetization, hold payouts, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal obligations. Severe or unlawful content may be preserved and reported as required.

10. Creator Intelligence is not professional care

Unless expressly stated and legally permitted, Creator Intelligence is educational and expressive and is not medical diagnosis or treatment, legal counsel, financial advice, emergency service, or another licensed professional service. Seek qualified help for decisions requiring professional care.

11. Intellectual-property complaints

Send copyright, trademark, likeness, voice, or other rights complaints to verdellvision@gmail.com with identification of the protected work, the disputed material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and proof of authority. Verdell may remove material while reviewing a complaint.

12. Availability and changes

Verdell may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; preserve or roll back engine versions; and update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Verdell does not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or particular results. Verdell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent such limitations are lawful.

14. Contact
