Service. Verdell provides access to creator-authored Intelligence profiles. Responses are educational and expressive and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
Subscriptions and billing. Before checkout, Verdell displays the price, billing interval, trial terms (if any), and what the subscription includes. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe until you cancel. You may cancel from Manage Billing; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Prepaid access and gifts. Eligible creator packages are charged once and do not renew. Gift access starts only after the intended recipient redeems it, signs in, and accepts Verdell's terms. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be transferred after redemption.
Refunds. Refund requests are reviewed according to the policy shown at checkout and applicable law. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly to verdellvision@gmail.com. Chargebacks, refunds, taxes, and payment-processing fees may affect creator earnings.
Creator earnings. For creator subscriptions, payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes are deducted first. Verdell then applies the current platform split to the remaining net amount. The applicable split is presented to creators before they publish.
Account and content responsibility. You are responsible for your account activity and for content you submit. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Uploaded material may be processed to provide the requested response and handled according to Verdell's privacy disclosures.
To maintain a safe and trusted platform, users of Verdell may not create, upload, share, distribute, monetize, or otherwise make available any content that violates these standards.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Adult Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content, including content involving minors or non-consensual sexual material.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
- Violent Extremism: Content that promotes, glorifies, recruits for, finances, or supports terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or acts of violence.
- Hate Speech: Content that attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, or incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar protected status.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or facilitates unlawful conduct, fraud, scams, or criminal activity.
- Harassment and Abuse: Content that targets individuals with threats, harassment, intimidation, doxxing, or abusive behavior.
- Misleading or Harmful Content: Content intended to deceive users, spread malware, impersonate others without authorization, or otherwise cause harm.
Verdell reserves the right to investigate, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account or content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Users are responsible for all content they create, upload, or publish through the platform.
By using Verdell, you agree to comply with these standards. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal of content, suspension of monetization privileges, account termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
